How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customers can expect to receive their products within 10–21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.


Order in Queue

After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 24 hours before printing. During this 24-hour period, you can change the order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.


Production Time

We typically take about 3–10 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

Detailed production time by product group:

  • Printed apparel (normal/partial printing): 2–5 business days.

  • All Over Print (AOP) apparel and shoes (Full Prints): 7–10 business days.

  • Canvas: 7–10 business days.

  • Wood & Metal prints: 3–5 business days.

  • Phone cases: 3–5 business days.

  • Mugs, Posters: 2–5 business days.


Shipping Time

Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 10–21 business days is an estimate, and in some cases, deliveries may take longer or shorter than the stated time frame.

Detailed shipping time by product group:

  • Printed apparel (normal/partial printing): 5–7 business days.

  • All Over Print apparel and shoes (Full Prints): 10–14 business days.

  • Canvas: 10–14 business days.

  • Wood & Metal prints: 5–7 business days.

  • Phone cases, Leather products: 10–14 business days.

  • Mugs, Posters: 5–7 business days.

International orders may take an additional 1–2 weeks.

How much should I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the number of items purchased.


Re-ship Policy

The following cases will be considered for re-shipping:

  • The customer did not provide a correct address or contact information for delivery, and the carrier failed to deliver the parcel.

  • The shipping carrier was unable to contact the customer for delivery after several attempts.

In such cases, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and we will re-ship once we receive the correct address and shipping information from the customer. A re-shipping fee will be applied:

  • $7 per item for re-ship to the US.

  • $10 per item for re-ship globally.

Please note that all prices are in USD.


Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with different addresses.


Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/FPO?

Yes, you can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.

Shipments to APOs can take up to 40–45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we cannot update the shipping status for security reasons.


VAT Taxes

We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

VAT charges may vary depending on the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
